So much, in fact too much, of our lives is transitory. From art and design to values and beliefs, what we thought of yesterday as permanent, even immutable, today somehow fades into evanescence – hopelessly out of touch, out of style, and out of date.

Fortunately, nature doesn’t pay attention to such temporal flirtations. Nature is a constant and, in the instance of the Cayman Islands, a source of constant pleasure. The beauty that has been here for all eternity can be counted on to be here tomorrow, the next day, and, well, forever . . .

We can prove our point perhaps not with more words but with the images we include in this photo essay which we title, we think appropriately, “Timeless Beauty.”
